1. Company & Scope
La’gullez Travel & Tours operates under La’gullez General Dealers Limited, registered in the Republic of Zambia under:

- Tax Identification Number: 2001128636
These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel services, experiences, and the La’gullez Travel Club.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of required payment and written confirmation from La’gullez Travel & Tours.
3. Payments
- Minimum deposit of 50% required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
- Full payment must be completed no later than 30 days prior to departure.
- Failure to pay may result in cancellation. Refunds are subject to Section 5.
4. Pricing & Quotation Validity
- Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
- Prices may change due to exchange rates, supplier costs, taxes, or government levies.
- Once a booking is confirmed with deposit payment, the quoted price is honored unless extraordinary circumstances apply.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- >60 days before departure: Deposit forfeited
- 30–60 days before departure: 75% of total cost forfeited
- <30 days before departure: 100% of total cost forfeited
Additional Notes:
- No refunds for no-shows, unused services, or voluntary withdrawal after travel has commenced.
- Third-party cancellation fees (airlines, hotels, tour operators) apply in addition.
- Deposits are non-refundable except if La’gullez Travel & Tours cancels or a force majeure occurs (see Section 8).
6. Travel Documentation
- Clients are responsible for valid passports (min. 6 months validity), visas, vaccinations, and all entry/exit requirements.
- La’gullez Travel & Tours provides guidance but is not liable for denied boarding, deportation, or related costs.
7. Insurance, Health & Safety
- Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory (medical, evacuation, trip cancellation, liability). Proof is required before final payment.
- Participation in activities is at the client’s own risk.
- Clients must disclose medical conditions affecting safety.
8. Force Majeure
- La’gullez Travel & Tours is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control (acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, airline/supplier failures, government restrictions).
In such cases:
(a) Reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternatives.
(b) If alternatives fail, a credit voucher valid for 24 months may be issued.
(c) Refunds are limited to amounts recoverable from suppliers, less administrative fees.
(d) Clients are responsible for any extra costs incurred.
9. Photography & Marketing
- Photos/videos captured during travel may be used for marketing.
- Clients provide consent via Media Release Form at booking.
- Clients may decline or request removal of media by emailing lagulleztravel@gmail.com. Requests honored within 30 days where practicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
- La’gullez Travel & Tours acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
- Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
- Exceptions apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death/personal injury, or consumer rights under Zambian law.
11. La’gullez Travel Club
- Savings-based membership program to plan and finance future travel.
Membership Terms:
(a) Fees and installments are non-refundable except in specific circumstances.
(b) Travel benefits available only upon completing contribution schedule.
(c) Benefits subject to availability and redemption timelines.
(d) Non-transferable without written consent.
(e) Withdrawal requires 90 days’ notice; fees forfeited minus 15% admin.
(f) Full terms in separate Membership Agreement.
(g) In case of closure, contributions refunded pro-rata after supplier obligations.
12. Governing Law & Acceptance
- Governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
- Payment of deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
