The Mosi-oa-Tunya Experience: A Royal Zambian Escape

Itinerary Description: Journey to the heart of Zambia’s tourism capital for a weekend that captures the raw power of nature and the serene rhythm of the Zambezi. This 4-day escape is designed for the modern explorer—someone who wants to feel the mist of the world’s largest curtain of falling water on their face, witness the rare white rhinos of the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, and toast to the horizon on a sunset cruise. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the weather like in May?
May is arguably the best month to visit! It is the start of the dry season, so skies are clear and blue, but it is not yet "winter-cold." Expect daytime temperatures around 25°C and cool, comfortable nights.
Will I get wet at the Falls?
In May, yes! The water volume is very high. We recommend bringing a waterproof poncho or a change of clothes, especially for the Knife-Edge Bridge crossing.
Do I need a passport?
If you are a Zambian citizen, your NRC is sufficient for all internal travel and activities. If you plan to cross the bridge into Zimbabwe for a view from the other side, you will need your passport.
